Building Skills Through OpenAI Academy and Certifications
To ensure a ready pool of qualified candidates, OpenAI is also launching a credentialing system called OpenAI Certifications. These will be accessible through the existing, free online learning portal, OpenAI Academy. The plan is to significantly expand the Academy's offerings to include certifications for varying levels of AI proficiency.

The founder and CEO of Statsig, Vijaye Raji, will take on the role of Chief Technology Officer of Applications. In this position, he will work alongside Fidji Simo to head product engineering for core systems like ChatGPT and Codex, and will oversee the development of this new jobs platform and other product lines.
